FAQ

  • Can I wear my Sabona in the shower or while swimming?

All Sabona bracelets are fine to expose to water.

  • Will the bracelet turn my wrist green?

Any bracelet that contains copper will leave a green/black mark on the wrist, caused by the copper residue. This is harmless and is a sign that the copper is being transferred to your body. This natural reaction can easily be cleaned off the skin with warm soapy water. Magnetic bracelets do not cause discoloration.

  • How long should I wear my Sabona bracelet?

It’s best to wear the bracelet constantly. Wearers report that the products provide them the most benefit when worn all the time, even at night or when washing.

  • How do I clean my Sabona bracelet?

Use a good quality jewelry cleaning cloth to keep the outside polished and the inside clean. Clean the underside of the bracelet every one to two weeks to avoid a build-up of dirt and grime which can cause a skin irritation if it blocks the pores. Do not use any abrasive material on the surface of the bracelet as this can damage the look, especially if the bracelet is plated. Instead, buff gently with the cleaning cloth.

  • Which bracelet is best – a copper bracelet or a plated bracelet?

There is no difference in effect between the copper, silver-plated or gold-plated bracelets, as all three are solid copper bracelets. The plating is on the outside surface only – for decorative effect – so the copper is still visible and active on the underside.
