Shipping/Return Information

We have a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days to request a return after you receive the item.

In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused or unused, and in its original packaging with tags. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please contact to initiate a return. Once the return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems

After confirming your order upon receipt, if any item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.

Exception/non-returnable items

Custom items (eg special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about a particular item, please contact us. Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have after placing an order, and if the return is accepted, you can receive a new product immediately.


We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and whether your refund has been approved. Once approved, we will automatically refund you to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
